Returns & Refund Policy 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception applies if your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Major Figure will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Normal wear and tear is not considered damage
• Damage caused after delivery, improper use, or incorrect washing is not eligible for replacement or refund
• Failure to provide proof of damage within the stated timeframe may result in the claim being denied
